During our stay at Hostal Estrella De Agua, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from the reception staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The spacious and cozy private room, as well as the well-maintained bathroom, provided us with a comfortable and relaxing environment. We also appreciated the hostel's commitment to eco-friendly practices. Furthermore, the outdoor areas were beautifully designed, with plenty of seating options and hammocks to unwind in. The presence of friendly animals, like the green parrot in the garden, added a memorable touch to our experience. Despite some noise issues mentioned in reviews, we were able to enjoy our time at the hostel and socialize with other guests. we highly recommend this hostel for its attentive service and enjoyable amenities.

Great venue, constantly improving. Nice outdoor areas with hammocks. Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location. Environmentally oriented. Cute parrot in the garden.

The hostel is situated in a picturesque location surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hostel offers a range of activities such as mountain biking tours and Spanish lessons, adding to the overall experience.
It is disappointing to note that the management did not handle a certain situation properly, resulting in a negative experience for one guest.

The staff at this hostel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. the customer service was outstanding, especially from Christian who helped me track down my lost camera.
I felt very welcomed during my stay and have nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with useful information on how to get around and explore the area. the showers and bathrooms were really good and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality facilities. - the location of the hostel was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. It was centrally located and close to key attractions and amenities.
We found the noise levels to be quite high, especially at night. There were constant disturbances from dogs barking and people talking outside our room, making it difficult to sleep.

We had a wonderful time at this outdoorsy hostel. The personnel were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them about Salento and our travels. The freshly made breakfast was delicious and the garden provided a peaceful place to relax and enjoy a book. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a slight odor in the bed and a drafty room, we still had a great experience. I would recommend this hostel for its friendly atmosphere and lovely garden.

The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. Practice Spanish with patient staff. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with hot water. Clean and good value. Chilled atmosphere. Beautiful garden with tables and chairs for breakfast or drinks. Lots of friendly cats. Stylish outdoor spaces with a cute parrot. Receptionist gives great area tips.
Felt very secure, no reason to complain.

We had a great stay at this hostal. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they even spoke English and were patient with my Spanish practice. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, with hot water. the hostal was always being cleaned, and the overall facilities were good. the location was also convenient, close to the main square and within walking distance of the bus station. I would highly recommend Hostal Estrella De Agua. Cons: It was all superb! 😊.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming hostel. the stylish outside spaces with cute parrots in the garden provided a relaxing atmosphere. the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean, with a good shower. the receptionist was extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the area. the breakfast with eggs was also very satisfying. the hostel had a great location and friendly staff.
Felt most welcome, no complaints.
